Roof replacement isn't just about enhancing the beauty of your home but also ensuring the safety of your house. At Rock Management Roofing, we always try to keep the whole process smooth and hassle-free though there are a few things a homeowner should keep in mind for the roof replacement day. And if you are looking for this service for the first time then we are here to let you what to expect from our service.

We Arrive Early in the Morning

We have a team of experts that comes with punctual people and will be arriving around 6:30 a.m. We always try to take advantage of daylight and avoid the heat. Please move your vehicle and supplies out of the way early so we don't have any interruptions while we work.

Materials are Delivered Early

Shingles, underlayment and other materials are delivered to your home either the day before or the morning of the job. They are usually dropped off near your driveway or gate, so keep that area clear.

Remove Things Near the House

When the old roof is removed, nails, debris and broken pieces fall from there. So keep grills, plants, chairs or any decorative items that are near the house in a safe place beforehand.

Cut the Grass A Day Before

We suggest mowing your grass the day before you have your roof replaced. Shorter grass helps significantly in enabling our crew to see and pick up any nails or small debris during the final cleanup process.

Be Prepared for Noise

Roofing is a loud job. From old shingles being taken off to new ones being added, your day will be filled with banging, hammering and even footsteps overhead. If you have small children or pets, you may want to arrange for them to be somewhere else during the work. If you usually work from home, maybe take the day to work in the office or another quiet setting.

Usually, the Work is Completed in 1 to 2 Days

Most roofs are replaced in a single day. But if the home is large or the roof structure is a little more complex, the job can take up to two days. Our team will let you know in advance how long it will take to complete the job.

Attic Access is a Must

After the job is finished, we go into your attic to check that ventilation pipes and other necessary equipment are properly connected. Consider giving us access to the attic on the last day for proper checking.

Final Cleaning is Our Main Focus

After the new roof is installed, our team cleans the entire area. We also collect nails and metal fragments with magnets so nothing is left on your lawn and driveway.

Preparation Makes the Job Easier

At Rock Management Roofing, we give priority to our client's needs and preferences to provide quality work without hassle. And if homeowners do some basic preparations before we start working, the whole process can be done in no time.
